Dance Fitness: Saturdays 11am-12pm

An energetic class that draws exercises from ballet, modern, jazz, yoga, pilates and more, will work out the entire body while offering resistance training. Sessions will include barre, cardio, and interval training while listening to upbeat music. 

 
Middle Eastern: Mondays 5:30-6:30pm 

Work on your isolations and musicality while doing belly dance, veil work, and Dabke (line dance). Each class session while focus on one a specific style. 
 

Latin Social: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Join us in learning Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba and more! Each class will focus on one style and include both partner work and solo styling. 


Multi-Rhythmic Workout: Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
An energetic and rhythmic class using Latin, Middle Eastern, and African dance styles. Work on your endurance, flexibility and overall fitness. 

Please NOTE: Classes start the week of June 20th, 2016

All Summer courses will be $10 per session as an introductory rate.

Maha and Company is proud to announce a partnership with Long Beach Parks, Recreation and Marine's BE SAFE ​program. We will be offering World Dance Class in conjunction with their programs.

Maha and Company is working with the Boys and Girls Club: John C. & Alice Wallace/Petrolane Center. Our community dance classes are open to ALL AGES and are held Tuesdays and Thursdays  from 2-4PM.

Maha and Company has been the resident dance company of the Cultural Alliance of Long Beach since 2013. As a part of our residency we offer various donation-based classes to the Long Beach Community. 

Maha and Company is proud to announce a partnership with Polaris Performing Arts Academy. We will be offering various open community classes in conjunction with their programs.

Stretch and Strengthen: Sundays 10:30am - 11:30am  
Increase your flexibility and work major muscle groups. This class aims to provide awareness of your individual body while increasing strength and range of motion.
